Job summary

SF Partners is partnering with a market-leading organisation to recruit an Internal Account Manager in Leeds. This full-time, office-based role offers £40,000 per annum with excellent benefits including a generous company bonus.

You will support the externally based Account Manager in managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, build lasting relationships, upsell where appropriate, and help drive revenue through strong service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a portfolio of B2B accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness with growth spotting ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Customer service-focused with exceeding expectations.
• Understanding of profit margins, sales data and reporting.
• Willingness to learn across a large product range.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with existing accounts.
• Support Account Manager in managing and developing customer accounts.
• Ensure clients use the most suitable product from a wide range.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to drive revenue.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for sales activity.
• Manage pricing and margin to improve GP% where possible.
• Carry out monthly reviews of account spend and profitability.
• Follow up quotes in a timely manner.
• Plan and attend sales appointments with accounts when required.
