Job summary

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive to join a European Leader in Industrial Supply Solutions, with a focus on quality and innovation. As an Inside Sales Executive you will manage a portfolio of B2B customers, drive revenue through quotations, upselling and account development, and work across phone, email and digital channels.

This role offers a salary up to £30,000 DoE, standard hours 8:30-5:00, Monday to Friday, with Friday work-from-home, 21 days holiday

Qualifications

• Previous Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management or proactive Customer Service experience.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to build relationships.
• Experience following up quotations and converting enquiries into orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B customers and build lasting relationships.
• Proactively contact customers to generate opportunities and secure orders.
• Manage full order lifecycle including processing orders, returns and backorder enquiries.
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Work closely with field sales and account management teams to maximise customer growth.
