Job summary

SASAN LTD is seeking a Commercial and Growth Marketing Manager to lead the company’s commercial growth strategy and B2B marketing initiatives across its transport and logistical support operations. The role focuses on acquiring business customers, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth.

You will drive market analysis, pricing optimization, and multi-channel campaigns while coordinating with operations to ensure alignment with capacity and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and competitor analysis to identify new B2B opportunities and optimize pricing models.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate clients through direct outreach and proposals.
• Plan, deploy and evaluate multi-channel digital and lead-generation campaigns within approved budgets.
• Monitor key commercial metrics (CAC, conversion rates, account profitability, campaign ROI) and report insights to the Director.
• Collaborate with operations to align commercial commitments with transport capacity and delivery capabilities.
