Job summary

OneAdvanced Limited is seeking an Event Specialist in Birmingham to own and deliver end‑to‑end events for internal and external stakeholders. You will manage venues, logistics, delegate coordination and post‑event follow‑up, while aligning with brand guidelines across marketing units.

You will oversee flagship events and coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring on‑time delivery, cost management and effective lead capture for sales follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering B2B events end to end, from concept to post‑event reporting.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering events on time and on budget.
• Experience of lead‑generation focused events, including lead capture and reporting.
• Excellent organisation with multi‑project management under pressure.
• Strong supplier and relationship management with negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication at all levels and strong written materials.
• IT skills including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with events, CRM and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver group‑level events from conception to execution, including venue and supplier selection, logistics, delegate management and post‑event follow‑up.
• Lead the delivery workstream for flagship events, coordinating internal contributors and external suppliers against timelines.
• Support internal brands and commercial unit marketing teams with events, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ensure seamless technology and production for events, including registration, AV and media.
• Develop and maintain event templates, playbooks and resources for teams.
• Manage event budgets, track spend and report variances to the Events Manager.
• Set up lead capture at events and pass qualified opportunities to sales.
• Produce post‑event analyses covering attendance, leads, conversion and cost per opportunity.
