Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced Event Specialist in Birmingham to lead end-to-end delivery of a wide range of internal and external events, from concept to post-event reporting. You will support internal teams with their events, ensure brand consistency, and drive measurable pipeline growth for the business.

You will own the delivery workstreams for flagship events, coordinate internal contributors and external suppliers, and manage the event toolkit, budgets, and lead capture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B events end to end from brief to post-event reporting.
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery with suppliers.
• Experience with lead-generation events and reporting on conversion.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of group-level events from conception to execution.
• Coordinate internal contributors and external suppliers to meet timelines.
• Manage budgets, lead capture, and post-event analytics with recommendations.
• Support and coach junior team members and deputise for the Events Manager as needed.
