Nestlé's Nespresso division in the UK is hiring a B2B eBusiness Manager to drive growth across the B2B eCommerce channel in the UK&I. The role combines strategy, digital activation and cross-functional collaboration to unlock opportunities across coffee, machines and accessories.
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you’ll own the channel plan, lead digital commerce delivery at pace, and work with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and HQ teams to optimise performance and customer experience.

We're looking for a B2B eBusiness Manage r to drive the performance, growth and operational execution of the B2B eCommerce channel across the UK&I. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine strategy, digital activation, performance insight and cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth across coffee, machines and accessories.
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you'll take ownership of the B2B eCommerce agenda across digital touchpoints, shaping the channel strategy and ensuring commercial priorities are translated into seamless customer experiences. Working in close partnership with B2B Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, IBS and HQ teams, you'll influence plans, anticipate risks and opportunities, and use performance insight to accelerate channel growth, improve conversion and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong digital commerce or marketing background, ideally gained within a premium, lifestyle or consumer goods environment. You'll be highly organised, commercially focused and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders, with the ability to turn performance data and customer insight into action.
