Nespresso is seeking a B2B eBusiness Manager to drive performance and growth of the B2B eCommerce channel in the UK&I. You will shape the channel strategy, activate digital campaigns, and work with Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics and HQ to deliver fast, measurable impact.
You’ll translate customer insights and performance data into actionable plans, optimise conversion, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver premium, seamless customer experiences.
Business Area: Nespresso
Location: Gatwick or York, with 2-3 days per week in the office
Contract: Permanent Contract
Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum depending on experience and location

We're looking for a B2B eBusiness Manager to drive the performance, growth and operational execution of the B2B eCommerce channel across the UK&I. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine strategy, digital activation, performance insight and cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth across coffee, machines and accessories.
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you'll take ownership of the B2B eCommerce agenda across digital touchpoints, shaping the channel strategy and ensuring commercial priorities are translated into seamless customer experiences. Working in close partnership with B2B Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, IBS and HQ teams, you'll influence plans, anticipate risks and opportunities, and use performance insight to accelerate channel growth, improve conversion and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong digital commerce or marketing background, ideally gained within a premium, lifestyle or consumer goods environment. You'll be highly organised, commercially focused and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders, with the ability to turn performance data and customer insight into action.
