Nestlé S.A. in the UK (Nespresso) seeks a B2B eBusiness Manager to own the B2B eCommerce agenda across digital touchpoints. Hybrid role in Gatwick or York, with 2–3 days in the office and a salary around £70,000 depending on experience.
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you'll shape channel strategy, coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing, and drive performance through data-driven optimisation and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of the B2B eCommerce agenda across digital touchpoints, shaping the channel strategy and ensuring commercial priorities are translated into seamless customer experiences. Working in close partnership with B2B Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, IBS and HQ teams, you’ll influence plans, anticipate risks and opportunities, and use performance insight to accelerate channel growth, improve conversion and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong digital commerce or marketing background, ideally gained within a premium, lifestyle or consumer goods environment. You’ll be highly organised, commercially focused and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders, with the ability to turn performance data and customer insight into action.
