Smurfit Westrock is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our fast-paced packaging manufacturing team. You will be the main contact for your key customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and issues resolved quickly, while building strong, long-term relationships in a B2B FMCG context.

You'll collaborate with Production, Planning, Transport and Warehouse to meet demand, manage forecasts, and support continuous improvement to raise service levels

Qualificações

• Experience in a B2B customer service role.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environment advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer accounts and act as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the business systems.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Transport and Warehouse to meet demand.
• Balance stock levels and schedules to achieve targets and SLAs.
• Proactively communicate order progress and resolve issues.
