Citrus Recruit Ltd is recruiting a Customer Account Executive for a well-established manufacturing business. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating orders to ensure smooth delivery and excellent service.

The role emphasises relationship-building, accuracy in quotations, and timely order processing within a supportive team environment. Salary up to £32,000 DOE with pension, free parking, and easy transport routes.

Competenze

• Proficient in Excel and numerical tasks
• Able to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Experience handling customer enquiries and quotations is advantageous

Mansioni

• Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build strong relationships with existing B2B customers as the main point of contact.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers as needed.
• Process customer orders and record details accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations.
