Job summary

Citrus Recruit Ltd is recruiting a Customer Account Executive for a well-established manufacturing business. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating orders to ensure smooth delivery and excellent service.

The role emphasises relationship-building, accuracy in quotations, and timely order processing within a supportive team environment. Salary up to £32,000 DOE with pension, free parking, and easy transport routes.

Key Responsibilities of an Customer Account Executive

• Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Building strong relationships with existing B2B customers and acting as their main point of contact.
• Preparing accurate quotations and following up with customers where appropriate.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
• Resolving customer queries and providing a high level of customer service.
