Job summary

Survey Solutions, a Birmingham-based engineering surveyor, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing campaigns from our head office. The role focuses on delivering targeted campaigns for the UK construction sector.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns, create long-form content for web and press, and manage email marketing and digital channel activities in collaboration with sales and business development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing within UK construction/civil engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and using data to drive decisions.
• Collaborates with operations, sales and agencies to deliver campaigns.
• Familiar with email marketing platforms and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across the UK construction sector.
• Drive Sales Inquiry (SQLs) generation and track ROI across channels.
• Develop and manage content marketing aligned with brand strategy.
• Coordinate with regional teams, BD and sales for integrated campaigns.
• Seed press and media stories to raise brand awareness.
