Job summary

New Appointments Group Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Communications Executive to support the logistics marketing team. You will handle internal and external corporate communications, ensuring messaging aligns with brand and business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have PR/communications experience, strong copywriting skills and the ability to deliver content independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in PR or communications, producing high-quality written content.
• Experience in B2B communications or logistics is advantageous.
• Excellent written English with copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience producing press releases, case studies and thought leadership content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver press releases, thought leadership pieces, case studies and corporate content.
• Identify newsworthy stories and PR opportunities to promote the company.
• Support media engagement and build relationships with journalists and outlets.
• Coordinate industry award submissions with supporting information.
• Deliver internal communications including leadership updates and employee comms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and other departments to source stories.
• Maintain consistent corporate messaging across channels in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor PR activity and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day communications independently and meet deadlines.
