Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking a commercially minded Communications Executive to join its logistics marketing team. You will support reputation, commercial objectives and corporate communications across internal and external channels.

The role suits someone with PR/communications experience who can deliver high-quality written content, identify compelling stories and drive communications activity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce high-quality written content for different audiences.
• Experience in PR or communications in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong news sense and ability to translate information into clear messaging.
• Excellent written English with strong editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver press releases, thought leadership articles and case studies.
• Identify newsworthy stories and PR opportunities to promote the company.
• Support proactive media engagement with journalists and publications.
• Coordinate industry award submissions with supporting information.
• Deliver internal communications including leadership updates and announcements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to reflect business activity in communications.
• Maintain consistent corporate messaging across channels per brand guidelines.
• Monitor PR activity and identify opportunities to improve reach and impact.
• Manage day-to-day communications content and deadlines independently.
