Job summary

Jobtailor in Milton Keynes is seeking a senior leader to own the commercial performance of the client portfolio, including revenue, margin and forecasting. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify opportunities to retain, grow and expand accounts.

You will shape B2B marketing strategies and turn them into integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, content and automation, leading delivery from strategy through to reporting.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with P&L accountability or equivalent commercial responsibility.
• Experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience leading and developing account management and campaign teams.
• Credibility to engage with senior stakeholders and challenge thinking when needed.
• Strong understanding of engaging B2B decision-makers and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the client portfolio, including revenue, margin, profitability and forecasting.
• Build trusted senior client relationships and identify opportunities to retain, grow and expand accounts.
• Shape B2B marketing strategies and turn them into integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, content and automation.
• Lead campaign delivery from strategy through optimisation and reporting, ensuring work is on time, on brief and on budget.
• Use performance data to improve campaigns and demonstrate value to clients.
• Lead and develop the account and campaign team.
• Drive practical adoption of AI and automation to improve efficiencies and operations.
• Collaborate with specialists across UNIFI and the wider ROI Automotive business.
• Report to the Managing Director, UNIFI.
• Manage direct reports: Account Manager, Campaign Manager and Campaign Executive
