Job summary

UNIFI, part of ROI Automotive, in Milton Keynes is seeking a B2B Marketing Client Services Director to own a portfolio with commercial and strategic accountability. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to shape integrated campaigns and drive adoption of automation and AI, while maintaining strong senior client relationships.

You’ll oversee revenue, margins and forecasting, and lead campaigns from strategy to reporting, ensuring value delivery and client growth across channels and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with P&L accountability in marketing or automotive sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver integrated B2B campaigns across channels.
• Experience leading account management and campaign teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic client leadership.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Account Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of the client portfolio including revenue, margin, profitability and forecasting.
• Build trusted senior client relationships and identify opportunities to retain, grow and expand accounts.
• Shape B2B marketing strategies and translate them into integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, content and automation.
• Lead campaign delivery from strategy through to optimisation and reporting, ensuring on time, on brief and on budget.
• Use performance data to demonstrate value to clients and improve campaigns.
• Lead and develop the account and campaign team to maintain high delivery standards.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve efficiencies.
