Talent Sure Recruitment Limited is seeking a confident B2B Telemarketing Executive in Solihull, West Midlands. The role involves non-scripted outbound conversations with business decision-makers, with full training and flexible hours (including full-time, part-time, or compressed hours).

On-site parking is provided. You will lead discussions, identify business needs, and secure qualified face-to-face appointments for field representatives, supported by a collaborative team and clear bonus

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telephone manner for professional business conversations.
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Ability to absorb product details quickly and speak knowledgeably about offerings.
• Positive attitude with active listening skills and target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to commute to Solihull within a reasonable distance.

Responsibilities
