Job summary

Frank Wills Recruitment is seeking a Customer Account Administrator in Chester to manage high-volume B2B order processing, support internal accounts, and coordinate day-to-day customer requirements. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, with timely updates from receipt to delivery.

The role suits a highly organized administrator with experience in sales support or B2B order processing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in busy administration, sales support, B2B customer service, or customer account support with high-volume order processing.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics would be advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• SAP experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Administering the full sales order lifecycle for high volumes of B2B orders.
• Providing internal account management support to key customers.
• Maintaining regular customer contact and providing updates from order receipt to delivery.
• Processing forecasts and demand plans using Excel and SAP.
• Coordinating with supply chain, production, logistics and sales to resolve shortfalls.
