Job summary

Citrus Recruit and a leading manufacturing business are seeking a B2B Account Manager. You will manage an existing client base, provide a high level of service, and own your customers with full accountability.

Daily duties include phone and email contact, creating accurate quotations in the CRM, liaising with third parties, and working to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent numeracy and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent usage of Excel.
• Comfortable with numeracy.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• B2B Account Management handling and order processing – this isn’t a sales role.
• Client contact via phone and email, supporting your existing clients requirements.
• Provide and follow up on accurate quotes created for the customer using set prices.
• Accurately input simple to complex quotations onto the CRM.
• Working with high volume and accurate data.
• Contact third party suppliers regularly to support the quotations.
