Job summary

JMC Aviation is recruiting a B1 Licensed Engineer for a Stansted-based role with a UK charter airline. The position is permanent, full-time, and involves a 5/5/4 shift pattern, including nights and weekends.

Applicants must hold UK CAA Part 66 and have relevant type experience; travel may be required to support the fleet. Benefits include a company-funded health plan, sick pay, generous leave, pension with salary exchange, and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK CAA Part 66 Licence.
• Experience on EMB190 GE CF 34, A320 CFM/V2500 + Leap, A330 RR T700 preferred.
• Willingness to work away from base and travel at short notice.
• Shift pattern 5x5x4 with two weekends off per month.
• Driving licence and valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks per shift under UK Station Manager or Supervisor.
• Certify work within personal authorisation.
• Supervise mechanics, handlers, Interiors Technicians and cleaners.
• Follow MOE procedures and work instructions.
• Perform away-from-base or outstation maintenance duties as requested.
• Operate as flying engineer on appropriate flights.
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and interior trim to standard.
• Ensure engineering facilities and equipment are serviceable.
