Job summary

JMC Aviation is recruiting a B1 Licensed Engineer for a London-based role on our airline partner's fleet. The position is permanent and involves line maintenance with 12-hour shifts (5/5/4 pattern) to support routine and unscheduled work.

You will carry out scheduled and defect rectification work, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with manufacturer, company, and CAA procedures. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and adherence to standards is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK CAA Part 66 B1 licence with at least one type rating.
• Experience performing scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out line maintenance on company aircraft.
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and defect rectification.
• Maintain airworthiness, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Exercise privileges of company authorisations.
• Support charters and AOG recovery across the network.
• Follow health & safety standards.
• Maintain tooling and vehicles.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
• Complete training requirements for the role.
• Support Supervisors and Managers with projects.
