Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking a Lead Integrations Engineer to drive the Azure integration stack across APIM, Logic Apps and Service Bus. You will line-manage the Integrations Engineers and own the migration from MuleSoft to Azure, while keeping legacy flows operational until retirement.

You will design and build the most complex integrations, mentor a high‑performing team, and engage with vendors and stakeholders to align architecture, patterns and delivery with Pret’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in integration / API engineering, with a recent track record of personally designing AND building production integrations on Azure.
• Proven experience leading an integrations team across both MuleSoft and Azure — line management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner for the integration estate and set standards for architecture and delivery.
• Line-manage the Integrations Engineers (FTE and FTC) and foster engineering culture.
• Own integration architecture for Pret's SaaS source systems and internal services, including Workday and NetSuite.
• Design and build the hardest, highest-risk integrations on the Azure stack.
• Lead the wind-down of legacy MuleSoft estate and migrate to Azure safely.
• Define and enforce integration patterns, APIs, event-driven flows, and observability.
