Qualifications
- Senior-level, hands-on software engineering leadership.
- Experience designing and operating scalable Azure microservices.
- Expertise in event-driven architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience integrating enterprise apps with workforce management platforms or comparable SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to modernise legacy technology and adopt DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Azure microservices and APIs.
- Lead design and delivery of integrations with Blue Yonder and SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with product and architecture to define technical roadmaps.
- Drive quality, reliability, and observability across services.
