Job summary

Venturi is hiring a Lead Integrations Engineer to own the target integration architecture, balancing hands-on Azure work with architectural leadership. You will design and build complex integrations on Azure, lead a talented Integrations team, and drive a migration away from MuleSoft while maintaining legacy flows.

The role demands hands-on Azure experience, strong leadership, and experience integrating major SaaS systems.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on Azure integration build experience.
• Experience leading engineers, including performance management and development of a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture connecting major SaaS platforms to data, finance and operational systems.
• Design and build the highest-risk, most complex integrations on Azure (APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Line-manage the Integrations Engineers: performance, development of a team and engineering culture.
• Lead the migration from MuleSoft Anypoint to Azure while keeping legacy flows operational.
• Define and enforce integration patterns, security and observability across the team.
• Review PRs, pair on complex problems, act as escalation point for major incidents.
