Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Leamington Spa for a hybrid role. You will provide technical escalation support for Azure-based infrastructure, deploy and configure software in customer Azure environments, and work with Development, DevOps, and Customer Support to ensure a high-performing service.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting cloud-hosted systems, governance, security controls, and proactive risk mitigation while maintaining thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a technical support role within software applications or business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including IaaS and PaaS services.
• Experience supporting hosted or cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, policies, governance, and infrastructure management.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting system, application, and network issues.
• Experience working directly with customers and third-party suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues raised by clients and internal teams.
• Deploy and configure software solutions within customer Azure environments.
• Monitor and support cloud-hosted systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, Architecture, and DevOps teams to resolve incidents and improve services.
• Support infrastructure design and implementation for customer projects.
• Help establish and maintain governance, controls, and security standards across Azure environments.
• Proactively identify and address potential support and infrastructure risks.
• Produce and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
