Job summary

ShareForce, a world-leading Microsoft consultancy in the UK, seeks an Azure Analytics Architect to define next-gen data platforms across large-scale programmes. You will own strategy, architecture and delivery, guiding delivery teams and partnering with senior client stakeholders to shape data solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in modern data architecture for enterprise-scale transformations.
• Strong experience across the Microsoft data ecosystem (Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI).
• Ability to design lakehouse, data warehouse and analytics architectures at scale.
• Passion for Microsoft technology and leveraging new capabilities for innovative solutions.
• Architectural judgement balancing innovation with security, governance, and resilience.
• Credibility to engage senior technology leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience leading technical teams to real-world delivery of architectures.
• Active UK SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain it.

• Solve enterprise-scale data challenges and deliver world-class solutions.
• Own strategy through delivery, providing technical leadership throughout.

• Set architecture benchmarks for security, scalability, performance and resilience.
• Contribute to pre-sales with compelling solution designs and demos.
• Mentor consultants and engineers to grow the Data & Analytics practice.
