Qualifications

Deep AWS/DevOps experience with production systems.
Ability to design, deploy and manage AWS-based infrastructure and services.
Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain and support business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability and reliability.
Participate in incident management, RCA and problem resolution.
Implement proactive monitoring, alerting and observability solutions.
Reduce operational overhead through automation and self-healing mechanisms.
Support production releases and deployment activities.
Develop and manage AWS-based infrastructure and services.
