Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join its Managed Services team in the UK, delivering end-to-end cloud platforms through transformation programs. You will lead technical delivery, define blueprints, and ensure security, resilience, and cost efficiency.

This on-site role requires strong Azure expertise, DevOps automation, and leadership to mentor engineers and shape services across bids and live environments.

Qualifications

• Proven Cloud Architect in a Managed Services setting with Azure focus.
• Experience as Service Line Design Authority across bids, transitions and live services.
• Strong knowledge of Azure hosting, integration, and enterprise deployment.
• DevOps and automation expertise with IaC, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
• Leadership to influence engineers and stakeholders in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cloud managed services, meeting SLAs and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for the service line.
• Define, maintain, and govern cloud blueprints and roadmaps.
• Improve platform reliability via SRE, automation, and observability.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients across live services and transitions.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and service shaping.
• Mentor engineers and stakeholders without formal line management.
• Ensure security, compliance, resilience and contractual requirements.
