Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Cloud Native DevOps Engineer (AWS) to design, build and operate secure, scalable AWS-based infrastructure across hybrid UK environments. You will implement IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, automate CI/CD pipelines and monitor performance with observability best practices.

In this role you’ll work in an Agile setup, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to securing cloud workloads while continually improving deployment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AWS cloud infrastructure in secure environments.
• Strong IaC knowledge with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage AWS environments with a focus on automation, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines enabling continuous integration and deployment.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security with observability practices.
• Work in an Agile environment engaging with stakeholders to deliver iterative improvements.
