Job summary
Scrumconnect is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to support large-scale digital services in a complex cloud environment. You will build, maintain, and optimise AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud operations across environments, collaborating with developers, architects, testers and delivery teams.
The role requires strong experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and modern architectures including React front-end, microservices,
Qualifications
- Design, deploy and support AWS infrastructure.
- Experience managing multiple AWS environments.
- CI/CD pipelines with Git-based tooling.
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and manage AWS environments across dev/test/stage/prod.
- Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage AWS infrastructure for React front-end, microservices, Lambda and Kafka.
- Support ETL and RPA integrations.
- Implement secure networking (Transit Gateway, PrivateLink).
- Administer Kong Enterprise API Gateway and IAM/MFA controls.
- Ensure resources are tagged and compliant with FinOps governance.
- Monitor performance, availability, and reliability; troubleshoot issues.
