Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Linux system administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Help implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve complex technical problems.
• Operate and engineer systems at massive scale.
• Investigate customer issues and root causes, including metric trends and service behavior.
• Consult with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Own our services and support out-of-hours operations as smoothly as possible.
• Apply Operational Excellence best practices and automate manual processes.
• Troubleshoot, innovate fixes, and create workarounds using Linux skills.
• Keep software up to date and provide data and metrics to support capacity and efficiency management.
• Identify and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Communicate clearly, collaborate with others, and deliver results.
• Work as self-starters in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and change.
• Stay customer-obsessed and resolve customer pain points quickly and completely
