Job summary

慨正橡扯 is looking for an AWS IaaS Sys Admin based in Birmingham to join their expanding cloud capability team. Ideal applicants will have a robust background in cloud technologies, automation, and continuous integration practices.

The role involves working on multiple projects, helping clients transition to DevOps practices and drive the execution of tools in the DevOps toolchain. Significant experience in Solaris, Linux or Windows, along with familiarity in Azure and AWS, is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• On-Call Support required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of tools and processes in the DevOps toolchain.
• Help customers with DevOps projects.
• Serve as a trusted automation advisor for DevOps initiatives.

Skills

Solaris, Linux or Windows experience

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell & Shell

Deep technical know-how in integrated automation solutions

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform

Knowledge of ITSM, Agile methodologies

Proficiency in Power BI

Incident fault-finding skills

Education

Associate-level cloud certification in Azure or AWS
