Job summary

Accenture Birmingham is seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our cloud capability team. You will drive DevOps toolchains, automation, and IaC across multiple cloud service offerings, helping clients transition to DevOps and improve delivery velocity.

Offerings span AWS and Azure, with hands-on capabilities in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and ITSM integration. The role emphasizes security, governance, and continuous delivery in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Solaris, Linux or Windows.
• Deep DevOps toolset experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects as part of a wider cloud capability team.
• Oversee the DevOps toolchain and promote DevOps culture in client organizations.
• Provide technical, consultative, and delivery services to customers on DevOps projects.
• Act as automation and tooling advisor for DevOps initiatives for clients.
• Lead CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code for multiple cloud offerings.
• Assist in setting up and managing project development and test environments and configuration management processes.
