Job summary

PwC is seeking a Managing Director to build and lead the AWM Core Platform team in the UK, spanning core platforms, outsourcing, data solutions and AI impact. The role focuses on defining GTM strategy, originating opportunities, and driving client transformation across front-to-back platforms.

The MD will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape PwC’s market approach, and target sales growth for Aladdin-related work and broader AWM transformation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence C‑Suite clients - becoming a truly ‘trusted advisor’
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and recruiting/mentoring
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and delivery excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship development across the AWM sector, engaging senior executives and shaping front‑to‑back transformation agendas.
• Drive market growth through identifying client needs and originating opportunities across Aladdin integration, operating model redesign and end‑to‑end investment operations.
• Oversee complex transformation programmes, including core platform modernisation, outsourcing and data solutions, delivering measurable efficiency and regulatory readiness.
• Develop and lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on client impact.
