Job summary

PwC UK is seeking Director-level leaders to drive business growth in Asset Management consulting. You will build senior client relationships, lead complex engagements, and shape transformation programs across front-to-back platforms from investment management to data and reporting architecture.

You will work with C-suite clients to deliver independent advice, drive practice growth, and mentor teams through multi-disciplinary delivery, often balancing delivery with strategic sales and thought

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Asset Management consulting with Big 4 or equivalent.
• Proven track record in selling consulting propositions within Asset Management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, operations, technology, data and change management.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back AM operating models and platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Developing, owning and managing key client relationships.
• Identifying client needs and leading on propositions addressing them.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets for platform transformation and managed services.
• Contributing to thought leadership to drive solutions for Asset Management clients.
• Developing the careers of teams reporting to you.
• Maintaining a leading market profile and delivering high-quality work.
