Job summary

PwC UK is recruiting Director-level leaders to support business growth in Asset Management, focusing on integration across front-to-back platforms and operating models. You will build senior client relationships and lead complex engagements.

You will work with major fund managers and custodians, advise on platform strategy, and drive transformation while developing teams and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain senior client relationships across Asset Management engagements.
• Lead and shape consulting propositions to address client needs and strategic objectives.
• Drive platform transformation, front-to-back operating model redesign, and managed services advisory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and manage key client relationships.
• Identify client needs/issues and develop propositions to address them.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for platform transformation and services.
• Contribute to PwC's thought leadership for Asset Management clients.
• Develop teams and mentor staff working with you.
• Maintain a high and leading market profile.
• Lead operational transformation projects across PwC/client teams.
• Advise on platform strategy, vendor selection, integration, and data architecture.
