Job summary

City West Country are seeking a Booking Specialist at our Mercedes-Benz of Exeter Head Office to join a growing, award‑winning automotive group. You will handle outbound calls to generate workshop visits, maintain accurate records and deliver high levels of customer service.

This role offers uncapped bonus potential, industry‑leading training and a supportive team culture. You will work Monday to Friday 08:00‑17:30 with one Saturday morning in seven, based in Exeter, contributing to brand values

Qualifications

• Outbound calling experience essential.
• Proven experience in conversion & retention.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate City West Country culture of quality and excellence through digital and social media channels.
• Make outbound calls to generate workshop visits.
• Code and cleanse customer records for relevant, timely future contact.
• Deliver high level customer service and uphold brand values and service excellence.
• Support CSU team with EMS and post-service contacts.
• Assist communications team to meet departmental and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and professional bodies to drive value.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with colleagues across all business areas.
