Job summary

State Street Edinburgh seeks an Experienced Project/Program Manager with end-to-end delivery expertise across complex Alpha technology and services projects. You will lead client-facing programmes, coordinating Alpha, CRD, SSCD, Operations, Product, Technology, Data and external client stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and ability to manage large-scale, multi-location initiatives within the financial services domain.

Qualifications

• Degree in financial or analytical discipline is preferred.
• Strong experience in leading large, multi-location initiatives.
• Experience across front-to-back technology programmes and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Alpha implementation programmes.
• Oversee significant elements or phases of client implementations.
• Plan, monitor progress and drive corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Support the Client Implementation Executive to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Alpha, CRD, SSCD, Operations, Product and Technology.
• Drive operating model discussions to align with business objectives.
• Champion automation and AI-driven delivery improvements.
• Provide governance updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage programme dependencies, reporting and interfaces across initiatives.
