Genpact (Uk) Limited is building a Discoverability Centre of Excellence to own the shift in search visibility. The AVP, Search & AI Discoverability will define the strategy for SEO, AEO, GEO and LLM across Genpact.com and adjacent surfaces, setting technical standards and the measurement framework for success.

This senior, hands-on role requires executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of schema, structured data, and AI-driven retrieval.

Formación

• Experience leading a search discipline for a major corporate.
• Hands-on technical SEO with AI retrievability knowledge.
• Own AEO and GEO programs with measurable visibility.
• Experience with enterprise search and AI visibility platforms.
• Strong HTML and CMS experience (AEM preferred).
• Analytical mindset with scorecard development.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-evolving discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Own integrated search strategy for SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM across Genpact sites.
• Collaborate with Head of Web and channel leads on implementation.
• Translate external trends into a prioritized Genpact roadmap.
• Define on-site standards for schema and structured data.
• Lead development of the Discoverability Playbook.
• Present strategy to senior leadership and build business cases.
• Lead a small specialist team while staying hands-on.
