Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings is recruiting a Technical Admin to join the Approved Training Organisation in Europe’s largest airline group. The role supports essential administrative and analytical tasks to deliver training to over 8,000 pilots annually and 1,500 new recruits.

You will track pilot licences, liaise with authorities on licensing matters, manage enrolments, and perform data analysis and reporting to training managers. An aviation background is preferred, but full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Background in aviation or pilot training preferred but training provided.
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency and reporting quality.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track pilot licence expiry and training requirements.
• Liaise with aviation authorities on licensing matters.
• Manage new entry pilot course enrolments.
• Data analysis and reporting to pilot training managers.
• Simulator and line training data analysis and reporting.
