Dnata Catering is seeking a Service Delivery Shift Leader to oversee frontline teams in a busy aviation transport environment at Manchester. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient services, manage schedules, and coordinate with internal teams and partners.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on safety, with flexibility for early starts, late finishes, and weekend shifts. Permanent, full-time position in the Emirates global family.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, ground handling operations, or a similar fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to lead a team during busy, time-critical, and safety-sensitive operations.
• Strong communication skills with clear shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support frontline colleagues across the shift.
• Monitor daily schedules, flight movements, and turnaround activity.
• Take corrective action when delays or disruptions occur.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, aviation security, and local procedures.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, partners, and management.
• Conduct shift briefings, handovers, and updates.
