Dnata is seeking a Service Delivery Shift Leader in Manchester to oversee frontline teams in a high‑tempo aviation/transport setting. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and service performance across the shift, coordinating with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities include briefing staff, monitoring schedules, acting on disruptions, and upholding company procedures while promoting professional customer service during peak periods.

• Must demonstrate commitment to safety, security and compliance at all times.
• Able to monitor operations, escalate risks and support corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline teams across the shift to meet safety, security and service targets.
• Monitor daily schedules, flight/transport movements and priorities.
• Take corrective action to address delays, disruptions or resource gaps.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, safety rules and site instructions.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and partners.
• Conduct shift briefings and handovers, highlighting priorities and risks.
• Support incident reporting and hazard identification to maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure equipment and documentation are used correctly and defects reported.
