Job summary

Dnata Ltd is seeking a Transport Manager to take ownership of ensuring transport operations meet regulatory, legal, and company requirements while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Fleet UK, you will lead on fleet compliance, maintenance documentation, KPI delivery, and health & safety, working with regulators, customers, and internal teams to foster a safety-first culture and high-operational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transport legislation, compliance and Operator Licence requirements.
• Experience in fleet operations within regulated or safety-critical environments.
• Proven leadership and people-management capability.
• Experience conducting investigations in line with HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet compliance and utilisation and audit readiness.
• Review daily transport plans and drive KPI/SLA performance.
• Lead on health and safety, incident investigations and safe-working practices.
• Coach and support teams, promoting a high-performance culture.
