Job summary

ICTS (UK) Ltd seeks an Aviation Security Trainer based at Southampton Airport to deliver and oversee GSO, GSS, and ASM training, ensuring CAA compliance. The role covers DNXCT, CBT, and Health & Safety programmes, with responsibility for records, certificates, CPD, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and recurrent aviation security training (GSO, GSS, ASM) per CAA requirements.
• Oversee internal training programmes (DNXCT, CBT, Health and Safety).
• Maintain training records and issue certificates to HR and management.
• Lead training documentation, matrices, and CPD for accreditation.
• Conduct audits, support audits readiness, and liaise with stakeholders.
