Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd is seeking an Aviation Security Advisor to join a specialist training team in Greater London. The role combines stakeholder engagement, certification/compliance, training and data analysis to support aviation security training and certification delivery.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining records, reviewing applications, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation security, training, certification or related operational environment.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and present insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records of certificated aviation security instructors; monitor expiry of checks and certifications.
• Review and assess instructor certification applications including background checks and records.
• Prepare assessment files and recommendations for approval.
• Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on training and certification matters.
• Extract, cleanse and analyse training and security data to produce regular reports and insights.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings and events.
• Contribute to wider projects across aviation security functions.
