We are currently recruiting Aviation Security Officers to work at Gatwick Airport and surrounding areas.

Position Details:

1. Part-time permanent position - 12-15 hours per week (3-4 hours per shift)
2. Hourly rate: £ (please specify)
3. Flexible hours between 0430 - 2359, with 3-hour shifts

CTC and DBS checks are required for all potential candidates.

Your Responsibilities

Present a smart, alert, visible, and commanding security presence at client premises, performing tasks such as:

• Bag and body searches
• Plane guarding
• Aircraft searches in accordance with DfT/CAA regulations
• Following local operating procedures

You will also be required to use and maintain company/customer equipment as supplied.

Ideal Candidate

To be considered, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for at least 12 months
• UK residency for the last 3 years
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass CRC check and all required training
• Five-year checkable employment history or documentary evidence of employment/self-employment/education during unemployment periods
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
