Job summary

AerSale is seeking an entry-level Sales Support/Data Entry position based in Cardiff. You will handle sales and purchase orders, verify customer credit, and enter data into the ERP system to keep orders moving.

Key activities include coordinating with shipping, preparing AWBs, tracking shipments, and supporting repairs/RMA processes to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED achieved.
• Entry level with at least 1 year of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service is preferred.
• Aviation or technical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately.
• Enter orders into the ERP system.
• Verify customer credit status before order release.
• Create work orders for items needing repair or shop service.
• Coordinate with shipping and generate airway bill information.
