Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in the UK is offering a 12.5-month internship at the Broughton site. You will join the Business Support and Health & Safety team on an active project management program, bridging daily operations and long-term strategy to support ramp-ups.

You will be mentored through a structured development path in project management, business and aviation operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety culture. Hybrid working applies where role allows.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate must be enrolled for the entire placement.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or Engineering.
• Interest in Lean manufacturing and aviation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver improvement initiatives from concept to execution.
• Manage project timelines and cost-saving milestones across the assembly line.
• Lead risk assessments and drive safety-focused actions.
• Map workflows and apply lean principles to improve efficiency.
