Job summary

RAF Brize Norton is seeking two Maintenance MDS Administrators to support the maintenance team by creating component records and ensuring airworthiness data is accurately recorded within the Maintenance Data System (MDS). You will enter and audit digital records, coordinate with technicians, and generate reports in a regulated aviation environment.

Applicants should have strong data entry skills and familiarity with aviation data management; BPSS screening and security clearance eligibility are

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data entry software and digital record keeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Create component assets within the system and link associated airworthiness data.
• Accurately enter and update digital maintenance records.
• Review and verify maintenance records for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure information is entered promptly.
• Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required.
• Assist with developing and maintaining digital data entry procedures.
• Carry out regular audits of digital records to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage tasks and projects delegated by management.
