Morson is recruiting two Maintenance MDS Administrators to join a leading aerospace organisation at RAF Brize Norton. Reporting to the Part-145 Support Maintenance Manager, you will support the maintenance team by creating component records and ensuring maintenance and airworthiness data are accurately recorded within the Maintenance Data System (MDS).

This is an opportunity for an organised administrator with strong data entry skills to move into an aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Create component assets within the system and link airworthiness data.
• Accurately enter and update digital maintenance records.

• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely entry of information.
• Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required.
• Assist with developing and maintaining digital data entry procedures.
• Carry out regular audits of digital records to support regulatory compliance.
• Manage tasks and projects delegated by management.

Morson is recruiting two Maintenance MDS Administrators to join a leading aerospace organisation at RAF Brize Norton.

Reporting to the Part-145 Support Maintenance Manager, you will support the maintenance team by creating component records and ensuring maintenance and airworthiness data is accurately recorded within the Maintenance Data System (MDS).

This is an opportunity for an organised administrator with strong data entry skills to move into an aviation environment. Previous aerospace experience is desirable, with applications welcomed from candidates with transferable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create component assets within the system and link associated airworthiness data.
• Accurately enter and update digital maintenance records.
• Review and verify maintenance records for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure information is entered promptly.
• Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required.
• Assist with developing and maintaining digital data entry procedures.
• Carry out regular audits of digital records to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage tasks and projects delegated by management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency with data entry software and digital record keeping systems.

• Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation data management is desirable.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills, particularly Google Sheets is desirable.
